Please take the time to fill out our online student application. When you have finished filling out the form, press the "Submit Application" button at the bottom of the page. Next please send a digital scan of your current student ID to: info@southendopenmarket.com

Students applying must be 25 and under and enrolled full time in a credited art institute or college. Part time or continuing ed students will not be eligible for this discount.

Please note: by choosing reserved dates, you are making a commitment to the Sowa Open Market. You are automatically put into the system for those dates and will be billed electronically. If you are not prepared to make the five day commitment, please see our Vendor Info page for Unreserved Vendors Procedures. Applicants will receive notification within one week. Vendor Agreement
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NE Open Markets LLC, GTI Properties Inc., South End / Berkeley LLC and 540 Harrison Avenue Realty Trust and its officers, directors, volunteers, officials, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, and causes of action of whatever nature or type (including but not limited to causes of action based upon tort, strict liability or otherwise), and all attorney fees, costs, and expenses incidental thereto, which may arise or in any way be connected directly or indirectly, with Vendor‘s participation in the Market. This indemnification is absolute, personal to the Vendor, and is not limited by the insurance coverage which the Vendor may have in place. Vendor understands that NE Open Markets LLC, GTI Properties Inc., South End / Berkeley LLC and 540 Harrison Avenue Realty Trust is under no obligation to provide insurance to cover the Vendor for loss from any cause to any of Vendor's property.

By checking "Yes, I agree" the exhibitor agrees to hold NE Open Markets LLC, GTI Properties Inc., South End / Berkeley LLC and 540 Harrison Avenue Realty Trust and its officers, directors, volunteers, officials, employees, and agents harmless for any liability or loss whatsoever.

I HAVE READ AND I UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING THE VENDOR GUIDELINES
